GEHA web accounts give authorized users online access to GEHA Connection Dental
FederalSM claims and eligibility information. Through your web
account, you can view claims data for up to 18 months of your dental plan claims.
When you make a claims inquiry, you will see a list of dental claims processed
by GEHA. Click on an individual claim to view the online version of a GEHA
explanation of benefits form or EOB. The claim detail will include the date of
service along with dollar amounts for charges and benefits.
When you make an eligibility inquiry, you will see the GEHA dental plan that
provides your benefits. Click on the plan description to get a summary of benefits.
